In Reception we plan projects that engage the children's interests and follow their lines of development. The environment is immersed with the children's learning and through the implementation of PDR the children find out and explore their essential question.
Planning for the project is carried out with the children during a mind mapping session. From this session the children suggest what they would like to find out and learn. Each week next steps are identified and provision and plans are changed to allow individual needs to be met.
